Our Portfolio of Precision
Real-world challenges
solved through 15 years of technical expertise in Scan-to-BIM, MEP, and Architectural Design.
Heritage Building Restoration (Scan-to-CAD)
- Title: Preservation through Millimetre Precision
- Client Location: UK (Historical Landmark)
- The Challenge: A 100-year-old heritage structure with complex ornamentation and non-linear walls needed a full renovation. Traditional tape measurements were impossible due to the intricate details and height.
- The Scanotrek Solution: Using the point cloud, we drafted highly detailed Floor plans, Elevations and Roof Plans that captured the "as-built" irregularities and historic carvings.
- The Result: Delivered a 100% accurate set of CAD drawings that allowed the restoration architects to plan structural repairs without a single site revisit.
Industrial Plant Upgrade (Scan-to-BIM)
- Title: 3D Digital Twin for MEP Coordination
- Client Location: Middle East (Industrial Facility)
- The Challenge: An existing manufacturing plant required an upgrade to its HVAC and fire protection systems. The ceiling voids were extremely congested, and no accurate drawings existed.
- The Scanotrek Solution: We converted the site scan into an LOD 400 Revit Model. This included a "clash-aware" MEP model where we mapped every existing pipe and cable tray to identify "safe zones" for the new equipment.
- The Result: Identified over 50 potential clashes in the digital phase, saving the client an estimated 15% in construction rework costs.
Specialized Healthcare Planning (Medical BIM)
- Title: Precision Modelling for Advanced Imaging Suites
- Client Location: Private Hospital Group, US
- The Challenge: Installing a new MRI and CT scanner in a renovated wing. The equipment required specific structural reinforcements and exact clearance for patient safety.
- The Scanotrek Solution: Our team created Custom Revit Families for the medical equipment and performed 3D space planning. We modelled the radiation shielding and verified all MEP connector points (electrical/cooling) against the manufacturer's specs.
- The Result: A perfectly coordinated installation with zero structural conflicts, completed within the hospital's tight "no-downtime" schedule.
